An RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) is inviting applications for its Non-Litigation Legal Team based in Raipur.
Role Description:
The selected candidate will be engaged in end-to-end non-litigation legal work related to lending operations, with a focus on:

Title Search Reports (TSR) review

Home Finance (HF) and Loan Against Property (LAP) matters

Drafting, vetting, and reviewing loan and security documentation
-
Title verification, due diligence, and security assessment of properties
-
Ensuring compliance with applicable banking, NBFC, and regulatory frameworks

Supporting internal teams on legal risk mitigation in credit and lending transactions
Eligibility Criteria:
-
Legal professionals with 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience

Prior experience in Banking, NBFCs, or Housing Finance Companies will be preferred

Strong understanding of property laws, lending documentation, and non-litigation processes

Ability to handle multiple matters independently and coordinate with internal stakeholders
