1) Paralegal / Long-Term Intern | M&A, Private Equity & General Corporate
Nature of Engagement: Full-time internship for 6–12 months
Conversion: Opportunity for absorption as Associate, strictly subject to performance
Eligibility
-
5th year student of a 5-year law programme
-
Strong interest in corporate law, M&A, and commercial transactions
Key Responsibilities
-
Legal research on the Companies Act, FEMA, FDI/ODI, SEBI regulations, and allied commercial laws
-
Assistance in legal due diligence exercises
-
Drafting and vetting ancillary transaction documents including NDAs, commercial contracts, engagement letters, board and shareholder resolutions, legal notices, execution and closing checklists
-
Proofreading transaction documents for formatting, consistency, and cross-referencing
-
Supporting regulatory filings and compliance documentation
-
Assisting, as required, on select Capital Markets assignments
Compensation
As per industry standards for paralegals
2) Associate | M&A, Private Equity & General Corporate
PQE: Fresher to 1 year
Key Responsibilities
-
Legal research on the Companies Act, FEMA, FDI/ODI, SEBI regulations, and allied commercial laws

Assistance in legal due diligence exercises

Drafting, reviewing, and assisting in negotiation of transaction documents including SPAs, SSA/SHAs, slump sale agreements, and term sheets
-
Drafting and vetting ancillary transaction documents including NDAs, commercial contracts, engagement letters, board and shareholder resolutions, legal notices, execution and closing checklists
-
Proofreading transaction documents for formatting, consistency, and cross-referencing
-
Supporting regulatory filings and compliance documentation
-
Assisting, as required, on select Capital Markets assignments
Additional Note
Prior exposure to M&A, PE, or general corporate work through internships or otherwise is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Compensation
As per industry standards, subject to experience and performance
