About the Opportunity

Mid-sized law firms in Delhi are seeking experienced Litigation Lawyers with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience. This role is suited for advocates who are litigation-focused, capable of managing matters independently, and comfortable with regular court appearances at higher judicial forums.

Key Responsibilities

Independent drafting of Writ Petitions and Special Leave Petitions (SLPs)
Regular appearances before the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India
Handling litigation matters independently, including case strategy and client coordination
Efficient case management, briefing, and follow-ups

Eligibility & Requirements

2–4 years of litigation experience
Strong drafting skills with demonstrated experience in writs and SLPs
Practical exposure to proceedings before the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court
Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters effectively
