Role Overview
The selected candidate will work closely with the litigation team and assist in matters before constitutional courts and specialised tribunals. The role requires procedural clarity, drafting competence, and active courtroom exposure.
Key Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 1–2 years of active litigation experience
• Familiarity with proceedings before:
– Supreme Court of India
– Delhi High Court
– District Courts
– Tribunals such as NCLT, NCDRC, and others
• Strong drafting skills in petitions, applications, legal notices, and written submissions
• Proficiency in legal research using SCC Online, Manupatra, or similar databases
• Fluent written and oral communication skills in English
