This role involves advisory, research, and compliance support for clients, with close coordination across teams and jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
Domestic Laws and Compliances

Conduct regulatory research and identify applicable Indian laws and compliance requirements

Advise clients on compliance obligations relevant to their business operations

Develop compliance manuals detailing statutory and regulatory requirements

Interpret legal provisions pragmatically from a compliance perspective

Maintain a general understanding of regulatory requirements across industries
Global Laws and Compliances

Identify and track global legislative and regulatory updates across legal domains

Summarise relevant portions of legislative developments for internal and client use
Client and Project Management

Coordinate with clients and deliver high-quality work products

Create and update compliance obligation registers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks across business processes

Coordinate with team members, set project goals, and monitor progress

Conduct extensive legal research and support audit reviews
