About the Opportunity
The firm is hiring Associates – Finance for its Pune and Bangalore offices, with 5 openings at each location. This role is ideal for finance professionals experienced in fund accounting, valuation, or performance reporting, who are looking to work in a globally aligned finance environment.
Key Responsibilities

Handling fund accounting operations, including NAV and performance calculations

Supporting valuation of financial instruments
-
Ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and analytical outputs

Managing and reviewing work delivered by junior team members

Coordinating with cross-functional and international stakeholders

Maintaining compliance with internal processes and global standards
Eligibility & Requirements
-
Experience: 3–6 years (relevant finance experience mandatory)

Qualification:

Chartered Accountant (minimum 1+ year experience), or

MBA (Finance) with minimum 3+ years experience

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Proven team-handling or review experience

Background in fund accounting, NAV calculations, performance reporting, or valuation
