About the Role
Argus Partners is inviting applications for the position of Associate to join its Corporate – M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital practice in Bengaluru. The role offers hands-on exposure to transactional work and the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and clients on sophisticated corporate matters.
Key Responsibilities

Assisting in corporate M&A, PE and VC transactions from structuring to closing

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents and ancillary agreements

Supporting due diligence exercises and transaction management

Advising clients on corporate, regulatory and compliance aspects under Indian law
-
Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth deal execution
Eligibility & Requirements

LL.B qualification
-
Prior experience or strong interest in corporate / transactional law (M&A, PE, VC)
-
Good drafting, analytical and commercial skills
-
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deal-oriented environment
