Eligibility & Requirements
• 5-Year LL.B.: 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year students
• 3-Year LL.B.: First Year or Second Year students
• Strong proficiency in legal research and drafting
Practice Areas
The internship will primarily focus on:
• Civil Litigation
• Criminal Litigation
• Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
Responsibilities
• Assisting seniors before various Courts and Tribunals
• Conducting detailed legal research and drafting pleadings
• Assisting in IPR filings, conducting searches, and drafting replies
This role offers direct exposure to active litigation and IP-related procedural work.
Terms of Internship
• Mode: In-office
• Location: Colaba, Mumbai
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Joining: Immediate
• Duration: 3 Months
