Commercial Contract Drafting & Advisory
Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a wide spectrum of commercial agreements, including:
• Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
• Consultancy and Retainership Agreements
• Licensing and IP Assignment Agreements
• Franchise and Distribution Agreements
• Technology Licensing and SaaS Agreements
• OEM, Manufacturing and Outsourcing Contracts
• Employment Agreements, HR Policies and Contractor Agreements
• Term Sheets, MOUs and LOIs
• Shareholder, Joint Venture and Collaboration Agreements
• Procurement and Supply Agreements
• NDAs and Confidentiality Agreements
• Logistics, Warehousing and Shipping Contracts
• Third-Party Logistics (3PL) and Service Level Agreements

Advisory and Legal Opinions
Providing strategic legal advice and opinions, including compliance with:
• Indian Contract Act
• Digital Personal Data Protection Act
• Information Technology Act
• Applicable labour and employment laws
• Sector-specific legal and regulatory frameworks
The role demands strong negotiation skills, structured drafting ability, and a commercially aware advisory approach.
