We are looking to connect with legal professionals having 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution and litigation. Freshers may also apply, provided they have obtained their Sanad or have applied for the same.
This position involves active litigation management alongside advisory responsibilities, particularly in real estate and redevelopment matters.
Location: Fort, Mumbai
Candidate Requirement: Mumbai-based applicants only
Language: Proficiency in spoken and written Marathi is essential
Key Responsibilities
• Managing litigation matters across India, including proceedings before lower courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court
• Handling arbitration matters, drafting responses, and assisting in negotiations
• Advising internal business divisions on litigation, pre-litigation, and non-litigation real estate matters
• Coordinating with external counsel and ensuring timely filings and submissions
• Drafting, vetting, and reviewing legal documentation for multiple departments
• Advising on IBC-related issues and managing filings, including Form B
• Handling cooperative court and society matters, including redevelopment disputes
• Managing criminal law matters where required
• Strong drafting capability in both civil and criminal matters
The role requires structured thinking, strong drafting skills, and the ability to independently manage files with accountability.
