We are looking to connect with legal professionals with 8–10 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution and litigation for a Mumbai-based role.
This is a senior-level position requiring courtroom depth, advisory maturity, and strong drafting capability across civil, criminal, and real estate matters.

(Candidate must be Mumbai-based)
Language Requirement
Proficiency in spoken and written Marathi is essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage litigation across India, including matters before lower courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India
• Handle arbitration matters, draft responses, and support negotiations
• Advise internal business divisions on litigation, pre-litigation, and non-litigation (real estate-focused) matters
• Coordinate with external counsel and ensure timely submissions
• Draft, vet, and review legal documents across departments
• Provide advice on IBC-related issues and manage filings such as Form B
• Handle cooperative courts, society matters, and redevelopment-related issues
• Manage criminal litigation matters
• Strong drafting skills in both civil and criminal matters
This role requires structured thinking, procedural clarity, and the ability to independently manage complex dispute portfolios.
