The Chambers of Sahil Monga, Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Associate to join its New Delhi office.

The Chambers predominantly practises across civil, corporate, commercial, and criminal matters, with appearances before the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, and District Courts. This role offers structured, hands-on exposure to core litigation work with an emphasis on drafting, research, and courtroom practice.

Position Details
Role: Litigation Associate
PQE: 0 to 2 years
Location: New Delhi
Joining: 1 February 2026

Retainer
• Freshers: ₹25,000 per month
• Higher retainer for candidates with relevant experience and suitability
• Reimbursement of office-related expenses

Nature of Work
• Drafting pleadings and written submissions
• Legal research and preparation of notes
• Attending court hearings across forums
• Preparing legal opinions
• Assisting in briefing senior counsel
• E-filing, procedural compliances, and litigation-related administrative work

Preferred Qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Pro, SCC Online, and Manupatra
• Prior achievements in moot courts, debating, academic research, or publications

Expectations
Associates are encouraged to develop independent thinking, courtroom confidence, and strong drafting skills. Candidates should be willing to learn, take feedback seriously, improve consistently, and assume increasing responsibility over time.
