Hinduja Leyland Finance is inviting applications for the position of Legal Manager at its Durgapur HUB, West Bengal. This role is suited for litigation-oriented professionals with experience in recovery matters and legal coordination.
Location: Durgapur HUB, West Bengal
Qualification: LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course)
Experience: Minimum 2 years
CTC: As per company norms
Preference: Local candidates will be given priority
Key Responsibilities
• Manage legal recovery in Loss on Sale cases
• Provide legal support to collections and recovery teams
• Maintain and manage legal MIS and trackers
• Follow up and coordinate on pending legal matters
• Handle EP cases, consumer cases, criminal matters, arbitration proceedings, and NI Act Section 138 cases
• Manage police complaints and customer visits for recovery
• Work proficiently on MS Office and Excel
