About the Role
The Legal Counsel will support the company across corporate transactions, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance, including:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements

Managing contract lifecycle and due diligence processes

Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act and SEBI regulations

Advising on IPO preparedness

Assessing litigation risks and exposure

Providing clear, business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders
This role demands not just legal expertise but a collaborative mindset and ownership-driven approach.
Eligibility & Skills

Prior experience in General Corporate or M&A at an Indian law firm

Strong understanding of corporate law, compliance, and contract drafting

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Commercial awareness and sound judgment

Willingness to move beyond legal jargon and work closely with business teams
