This role is ideal for lawyers seeking a dynamic, high-ownership in-house position with significant exposure to transactions, structuring, IP strategy, and commercial operations in a fast-scaling gaming and technology business.

What You Will Work On
• Supporting fundraising transactions and investor documentation
• Corporate structuring and governance across group entities
• Managing end-to-end legal due diligence processes
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial, technology, licensing, and strategic partnership agreements
• Intellectual property strategy and portfolio management across games and technology assets
• Supporting game development and commercial launch readiness
• Advising product and business teams on monetisation models, user engagement, and expansion
• Managing external law firms and specialist advisors
• Supporting the General Counsel on strategic and cross-border matters
Who Should Apply
• Lawyers with 1–4 years PQE (Tier-1 law firm background preferred)
• Experience in M&A, PE/VC, and general corporate work preferred
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercial mindset and comfort working with business teams
• Interest in technology, gaming, or startup ecosystems
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
