Position Details
• Role: Legal Associate – Corporate
• Experience: 2–3 years
• Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities
• Drafting and vetting commercial contracts and agreements
• Reviewing documentation to identify and mitigate legal risks
• Assisting in structuring contractual documentation for clients
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on legal matters
Ideal Candidate
• 2–3 years of experience in contract drafting and commercial documentation
• Strong understanding of commercial law principles
• Clear drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
Compensation
Remuneration will be as per industry standards.
