About the Role
PNK Legal is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate with 1 year of post-qualification experience. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy meticulous drafting, understand the significance of contractual language, and can manage client-facing responsibilities with care.
Scope of Work

Drafting, vetting, and assisting in negotiation of contracts

Mandatory non-litigation drafting experience including NDAs, agreements, notices, and policies

Client management and coordination

Litigation management before MSME Samadhaan and City Civil Court

Legal research and case preparation

Trademark filing and basic IP work

HR documentation and POSH compliance support
Eligibility and Skills

PQE: 1 year

Strong drafting and vetting skills with high attention to detail

Ability to understand commercial and legal impact of clauses

Responsible approach to deadlines and client communication
