About the Role
The role involves leading and mentoring a pan-India team of Litigation Managers, with responsibility for litigation strategy, recovery outcomes, and cross-functional coordination. The position requires both legal depth and managerial capability, particularly in handling high-volume, high-impact matters.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage litigation teams across multiple locations
• Drive litigation strategy aligned with recovery and business objectives
• Oversee matters across civil, criminal, NI Act, and IBC frameworks
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business teams, and external counsel
• Ensure effective execution, timelines, and outcomes across cases
