Key Responsibilities
• Draft and review contracts and agreements
• Assist in corporate compliance and advisory work
• Support intellectual property matters, including filings (trademark/patent)
• Conduct legal research and prepare structured outputs
Preferred Profile
• Law graduate (CS qualification preferred)
• Experience in contract drafting and review
• Exposure to corporate compliance work
• Familiarity with trademark or patent filings (preferred)
