Khemka & Associates, Advocates and Consultants, is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate (Litigation) at its Mumbai office.
This role is ideal for candidates who are serious about building a long-term career in litigation and want to strengthen their practical skills through hands-on exposure to court work, drafting, and research.

Key Responsibilities
• Attending court hearings and assisting with appearances where required
• Preparing briefs, lists of dates, and case documentation
• Conducting legal research for ongoing matters
• Assisting with drafting applications, affidavits, and pleadings under supervision
• Handling court filings and procedural requirements
• Supporting the team with case preparation and litigation-related work
Qualifications
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
• Enrolled with the Bar Council with a valid Certificate of Practice
Preferred Experience & Skills
• 0–2 years of litigation experience (freshers with strong interest in litigation may apply)
• Familiarity with courts in Mumbai and nearby jurisdictions
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of Marathi is an added advantage)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PDF tools, and e-filing systems
