About the Role
This is a hands-on litigation role offering exposure to tax and commercial law practice, including court appearances, drafting, and procedural work. Candidates will be involved in time-sensitive matters, requiring diligence and strong execution.


Eligibility – Junior Advocate
• 1–2 years PQE
• Based in Chennai (or willing to relocate)
• Strong fluency in English (speaking and drafting)
• Good drafting and research skills
• Willingness to appear and represent before courts
• Familiarity with filing work, section work, and follow-ups

Eligibility – Intern
• Ability to assist in research, drafting, and filing work efficiently
• Interest in tax laws and preparation of case briefs
• Willingness to learn and contribute actively


Key Responsibilities
• Assist in drafting pleadings, applications, and submissions
• Conduct legal research on tax and commercial issues
• Support court appearances and case preparation
• Handle filing, documentation, and follow-ups
