A fast-growing EPC / Infrastructure organization is looking to onboard an In-House Legal Counsel with 3–5 years of experience to work closely with live projects, commercial teams, and management.
This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role suited for lawyers who prefer being embedded in project decision-making rather than functioning in a purely advisory capacity.
Key Responsibilities
• Drafting and negotiating EPC contracts and subcontracts
• Supporting and managing project claims including EOT, LD, and prolongation costs
• Handling legal notices and coordinating disputes with external counsel
• Working closely with project, commercial, and leadership teams on risk and strategy

• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Sound commercial understanding and risk orientation
• Exposure to arbitration and litigation through external counsel
• Practical, business-facing legal mindset
