ValueLabs is expanding its in-house legal team at its Hyderabad office and is inviting applications from experienced legal professionals with strong exposure to the IT and technology sector.
This opportunity is specifically intended for lawyers with direct in-house experience in IT and technology companies.
Experience Required
• 2–10 years of in-house legal experience
• Experience limited to IT and technology companies
Core Expertise Required
• Strong, hands-on exposure to IT services contracts, SaaS agreements, and licensing documentation
• Ability to independently manage, negotiate, and close contracts end-to-end
• Commercial acumen and practical risk assessment skills
For candidates with 5+ years of experience, additional exposure is expected in:
• HR advisory
• Intellectual Property matters
• Data privacy compliance
• Internal policy drafting
• General corporate legal matters
Important Note
This role is intended strictly for lawyers with direct in-house experience in IT and technology companies. Profiles with purely LPO, legal operations, law firm, litigation, or independent practice backgrounds will not be considered for this position.
