Role & Responsibilities
• Handling corporate and commercial litigation matters
• Independent drafting of pleadings and applications
• Appearances before various Courts and Tribunals across Delhi NCR
• Managing matters with minimal supervision
The role requires confidence in court practice, procedural clarity, and ownership of matters.
Preferred Skills
• Strong drafting ability
• Good communication skills
• Sound legal research capabilities
