Keshav Singh is expanding cross-border legal operations at avvocats & partners LLP and inviting applications for the position of Client Relationship Executive.
This role will support the firm’s U.S.-focused practice from Mohali and work directly with the Founder & Managing Partner. It is a client-facing position requiring professionalism, clarity, and structured communication.
Position Details
• Location: Mohali, Punjab (On-site preferred)
• Shift: PST (U.S. time zone)
• Immediate hiring
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound client calls
• Follow up on consultation requests and prospective leads
• Coordinate consultations and manage scheduling
• Maintain accurate and structured CRM records
• Manage professional email communications
• Support U.S.-based legal operations
• Work closely with the Managing Partner on client strategy and growth initiatives
This is not a routine calling role. It involves structured client communication within a cross-border legal environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Confidence and structure in phone conversations
• Prior U.S. customer service or U.S. sales experience preferred
• Law degree preferred but not mandatory
• Strong listening skills and emotional intelligence
• Ability to work independently with high ownership
• Professional personality suitable for legal clientele
