Description
Lex Favios is seeking a Banking Lawyer with focused expertise in title searches, secured lending, and loan documentation. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in banking regulation, real estate collateral, and secured transactions for banks and NBFCs in Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
• Conducting detailed title searches and due diligence for mortgage creation, including scrutiny of revenue records and encumbrance certificates
• Drafting and reviewing loan agreements, deeds of hypothecation, mortgage and charge documents, guarantees, and other security instruments
• Coordinating with banks and NBFCs on compliance, risk assessment, and enforcement of securities
Qualifications
• LLB is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Banking and Finance
• Proven hands-on experience in title verification and drafting secured lending documents is essential
