Regstreet Law Advisors is expanding its Financial Regulatory and Dispute Resolution practice and is inviting applications from experienced legal professionals interested in working on complex regulatory and capital markets matters.

The role offers the opportunity to advise clients on regulatory frameworks governing the financial sector, including matters relating to licensing, compliance, investigations, and regulatory enforcement before key regulatory authorities and forums.

Senior Associate
• Experience: 4+ years PQE

Associate
• Experience: 2+ years PQE

About the Role

Selected candidates will assist the firm in advising clients on regulatory frameworks governed by SEBI, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA), the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI), and the Companies Act.

The role involves working on regulatory advisory matters, compliance for financial sector intermediaries, and dispute resolution proceedings relating to regulatory enforcement.

Key Areas of Experience

• Financial regulatory advisory and capital markets regulation
• Registration and compliance of financial sector intermediaries including Investment Advisers, Research Analysts, AIFs, FPIs, Brokers, and Portfolio Managers
• Regulatory enforcement matters, investigations, inspections, and settlement proceedings
• White-collar regulatory matters and commercial litigation
• Drafting, pleadings, legal research, and transactional documentation

Preferred Exposure

Experience in matters before SAT, High Courts, NCLT, or other regulatory forums will be considered an advantage.
