About the Role
The selected associates will assist the chamber in handling matters before the Supreme Court of India. The role will involve legal drafting, research, filing work, and assisting in case preparation for hearings.
Key Responsibilities
• Drafting Special Leave Petitions (SLPs)
• Preparing Counter Affidavits and Written Submissions
• Legal research and case analysis
• Assisting in filing and procedural work before the Supreme Court
Candidate Requirements
• Prior experience in litigation drafting will be preferred
• Strong understanding of Supreme Court procedures
• Good legal research and drafting abilities
Compensation
Remuneration will be negotiable based on experience.
