Key Responsibilities
• Appear before the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) and SEBI
• Prepare appeals, petitions, and supporting documentation
• Advise clients on compliances under the Companies Act, SEBI Act, and SEBI Regulations
• Support strategic regulatory and litigation matters
