About the Role
The selected candidate will work on real estate transactions and advisory matters, involving detailed due diligence, documentation, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Conducting title due diligence and property verification
• Reviewing land and property records
• Drafting and negotiating transactional documents related to real estate
• Coordinating with clients and internal teams on ongoing matters
Candidate Requirements
• Prior experience in real estate and transactional work
• Proficiency in English and Kannada
• Strong drafting, interpretation, and analytical skills
• Ability to handle complex documentation and client interactions
