About the Role
The position involves working on diverse litigation and arbitration matters, along with exposure to contract drafting and advisory work. The role requires strong fundamentals in procedural law and drafting, with the ability to handle both contentious and non-contentious assignments.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft pleadings, applications, and litigation documents
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
• Assist in court proceedings across forums
• Draft and vet contracts and related documents
• Support arbitration and tribunal matters
Ideal Candidate
• 2–3 years PQE in litigation
• Strong understanding of procedural laws
• Good drafting and research skills
• Exposure to contract drafting and vetting
• Willingness to handle both litigation and advisory work
