The role offers exposure before forums such as the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and other courts and commissions in Delhi, including the Delhi High Court.
Key Requirements
• Strong drafting skills including pleadings such as Plaints, Complaints, Written Versions, Appeals, Revisions, etc., with a foundational understanding of procedural laws
• Proactive attitude with initiative and ownership
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Court craft and presentation abilities
• Familiarity with legal research platforms such as SCC Online, Manupatra, and Indian Kanoon
• Willingness to learn and gradually handle matters independently
