About the Role
The selected candidate will assist the firm in handling litigation matters, with a primary focus on cheque bounce cases under the Negotiable Instruments Act. The role will involve regular appearances and work before the Rohini Courts along with other general litigation responsibilities.
Nature of Work
• Handling cheque bounce matters on behalf of Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFIs)

Eligibility
• PQE: 0–2 years
