Role Overview
The selected candidate will advise on:
• General corporate advisory
• Private equity and venture capital transactions
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Corporate structuring and reorganisations
• Regulatory compliance and governance matters
The role offers exposure to high-value transactions and direct interaction with investors, founders, corporates, and shareholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth legal research, analysis, and due diligence
• Draft, review, and negotiate shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements, transaction documents, board resolutions, legal opinions, and advisory memoranda
• Assist in structuring and executing PE/VC funding rounds and M&A deals
• Advise on compliance under the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and related laws
Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in General Corporate Advisory, PE/VC, and M&A matters
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Professional communication and negotiation capabilities
• High standards of integrity and accountability
