About the Role
The role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end dispute resolution processes, particularly in the financial and regulatory space. Associates will work closely with senior professionals on live matters, gaining practical experience in client handling, strategy building, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities
• Protect clients’ legal rights in financial and regulatory matters through strategic intervention
• Assist senior lawyers and dispute resolution professionals in achieving timely and effective outcomes
• Draft legal notices, settlement agreements, responses, and regulatory submissions
• Support and participate in mediation and arbitration proceedings
• Engage in negotiations with clients, opposing parties, and stakeholders to facilitate resolution
• Contribute to client acquisition, relationship management, and retention efforts
• Work on internal case assessments, documentation, and resolution strategies
