About the Role
The role involves working on complex M&A and PE/VC transactions, along with general corporate advisory mandates. The selected candidate will be expected to handle transaction structuring, documentation, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Work on M&A and private equity / venture capital transactions
• Draft and review transaction documents and agreements
• Conduct due diligence and assist in deal execution
• Provide corporate advisory and regulatory support
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams across deal cycles
Ideal Candidate
• 3–4 years PQE with Tier 1 law firm experience
• Strong exposure to M&A, PE/VC transactions
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage transactions and client interactions independently
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
