An opportunity is open for an Associate (0–1 year PQE) for a secondment role at the office of a fast-expanding hotel group in Mahipalpur, New Delhi. This role offers hands-on, client-side exposure within the hospitality sector and is well suited for young lawyers looking to build strong commercial foundations.
Start Date: April 2026 onwards

What You’ll Work On
• Drafting and reviewing Hotel Management Contracts
• Lease Agreements and Vendor Agreements
• Joint Venture Agreements
• Negotiations with hotel owners, vendors, and stakeholders
• Ensuring regulatory compliance for hotel operations
• Assisting on Intellectual Property matters
• Supporting Dispute Resolution work
• Exposure to Entertainment and Media Law
Who Should Apply
