Centriik is seeking a Trademark Associate with 1–2 years of experience to join its Intellectual Property practice. The role offers hands-on exposure across trademark counselling, prosecution, enforcement, and litigation support, with both domestic and international mandates.

Practice Area: Intellectual Property (Trademarks)
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct trademark clearance searches and risk assessments
• Manage global trademark portfolios including filing, prosecution, and maintenance
• Draft and respond to Office Actions and oppositions
• Assist with trademark enforcement, cease-and-desist actions, domain disputes, and online takedowns
• Support IP due diligence in corporate transactions
• Coordinate with foreign associates on international trademark matters
• Provide strategic counselling on brand protection and IP rights
