Key Responsibilities

Independent management of complete accounting functions for multiple malls/assets

Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the portfolio

Handling taxation, statutory and internal audits, and regulatory compliances

Preparation and review of MIS reports with actionable financial insights

Cash flow management, reconciliations, payables and receivables oversight

Strengthening financial controls and driving process improvements

Coordination with internal stakeholders, auditors, consultants, and facility management teams
Candidate Profile

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of progressive experience

Strong exposure to facility management companies or commercial real estate operations

Proven capability to manage full-spectrum finance functions independently

In-depth hands-on experience in budgeting, audits, taxation, and compliance
