About the Role
M&CO Legal is looking to hire a Senior Associate to join its International Disputes team, with work focused in the DIFC and ADGM jurisdictions. This role offers exposure to sophisticated cross-border disputes and the opportunity to work closely with a strong, experienced team on challenging matters.
Mandatory Experience

At least 3 years of prior DIFC and/or ADGM experience (mandatory)

Proven disputes background with hands-on responsibility in these forums

High-value, complex international disputes

Sector-agnostic contentious work with varied factual and legal issues

Close collaboration with partners and senior team members

Strategy, drafting, hearings preparation, and client-facing responsibilities
