About the Role
AK & Partners is hiring a Senior Associate to join its Disputes Practice in New Delhi. This position is suited for experienced litigators who are capable of independently handling matters and contributing strategically to complex dispute resolution assignments.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Associate will be responsible for:

Drafting pleadings, written submissions, applications and legal briefs

Conducting detailed legal research and case preparation

Making court appearances across multiple forums

Managing disputes end-to-end, including client coordination
-
Ensuring adherence to timelines and procedural requirements

Assisting in case strategy and dispute planning

Mentoring junior associates and team members
Eligibility & Experience
-
Minimum Experience: 5 years in litigation and dispute resolution

Strong drafting, research and advocacy skills
-
Prior experience before courts, tribunals and arbitral forums

Clear communication and strong organisational skills

Demonstrated leadership, ownership and mentoring ability
