EY India is hiring for the position of Scheme Lead in Jaipur. This role is suited for experienced professionals in skill development, livelihoods, and large-scale programme management.

Educational Qualification:
• MBA / PG Diploma in Social Work (MSW) / PG Diploma in Rural Development or equivalent
• Minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA at UG and PG level
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing large-scale skill development and livelihood programmes
• Overseeing placement, poverty reduction, and livelihood initiatives
• Handling MIS, reporting, and programme documentation
Eligibility & Preference:
• Experience in state or national-level programmes preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
