The Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy is inviting applications for the position of Research Fellows to work with the Founders’ Office. This role offers an opportunity to engage closely with the leadership of one of India’s leading legal policy think tanks and contribute to research and institutional initiatives that shape law and public policy in India.
About the Role
Selected candidates will work directly with the Founders’ Office and support a range of research and institutional initiatives undertaken by the organisation. The role will involve assisting with legal and policy research, analysing regulatory and governance frameworks, and contributing to projects that aim to inform law reform and policy development.
Research Fellows will also assist in developing knowledge resources, supporting institutional initiatives, and contributing to analytical outputs that strengthen Vidhi’s policy engagement and research work.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct legal and policy research across areas relevant to Vidhi’s work
• Assist the Founders’ Office in research initiatives and institutional projects
• Analyse laws, regulatory frameworks, and governance structures
• Support preparation of research notes, policy briefs, and analytical outputs
• Contribute to institutional initiatives and strategic projects
