Role Overview
The selected candidate will work on complex property matters and gain hands-on experience in:
• Structuring and advising on real estate transactions
• Title due diligence and risk assessment
• Drafting and reviewing transaction documents
• Coordinating with stakeholders across deal timelines
• Supporting advisory mandates related to property law
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Prior experience in a real estate practice
• Strong understanding of property laws, title concepts, and transaction structures
• Sound drafting and analytical skills
• Effective communication abilities
• Ability to manage timelines in a fast-paced transactional environment
