The firm is looking to hire a Real Estate Lawyer with hands-on experience in property title due diligence and title search reports. This role is drafting- and investigation-heavy, suited for professionals who can independently manage timelines and deliver clear, lender-ready reports.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive online title searches, including:

IGR records

Property cards
-
7/12 extracts

Municipal records
-
Encumbrance checks

Analyse ownership flow, encumbrances, and title continuity

Prepare clear, well-reasoned title search and due diligence reports

Flag risks, defects, and documentation gaps with practical recommendations

Coordinate and close reports within stipulated timelines
Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience in property title due diligence and reporting

Strong understanding of land records, registration, and encumbrances

High attention to detail and analytical clarity

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Added advantage: Prior experience with bank/lender-side due diligence
