Roles and Responsibilities:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate agreements and transactional documents.

Conducting due diligence and supporting property acquisitions, leases, and corporate real estate transactions.

Advising clients on compliance and regulatory aspects related to real estate transactions.

Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of deals.
Eligibility & Skills:

LLB/LLM degree from a recognized university.

2–3 years of post-qualification experience in non-litigation real estate transactions.

Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
