Technology Practice | Bangalore | 2–3 Years’ Experience
The firm is looking for candidates who have experience or a strong interest in advising technology companies, particularly in areas such as:
• Data protection and privacy
• Fintech and healthtech regulations

Private Equity / Venture Capital Team
• 2 Years’ Experience: Candidates with exposure to venture financing transactions from Seed to Series B rounds
• 4 Years’ Experience: Professionals capable of independently managing transactions and mentoring junior associates
Company Secretary | 1–2 Years’ PQE
• Experience with FEMA and cross-border compliance
