• Experience: 3–5 Years (Real Estate / Law Firm)
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. from a recognised university
• Working knowledge of Contract Law
• Proficiency in Kannada and English
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting letters, work orders, contracts, and legal notices
• Preparing MoUs, affidavits, agreements, and sale deeds
• Reviewing pleadings and legal documents
• Coordinating registrations at Sub-Registrar Office
• Collaborating with CRM and marketing teams
