MetaLaw Offices is looking to onboard a sharp and detail-oriented Legal Researcher to work closely with the Founder and leadership team. This role offers meaningful exposure to high-impact research, strategy support, and cross-domain corporate advisory work.
Location: South Delhi (On-site)
Experience: 1–2 years (Litigation background candidates may also apply)
Practice Area: General Corporate / Legal Advisory
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth legal research across corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters
• Assist in preparing briefs, notes, opinions, and internal documents
• Support the Founder’s Office on legal strategy and knowledge work
• Track legal developments, policy changes, and industry updates
• Use AI-powered research tools and databases efficiently
• Assist with documentation, analysis, and coordination as required
Ideal Candidate Profile
✔ LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
✔ 1–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates with strong research skills may also be considered)
✔ Excellent command over written and spoken English
✔ Strong analytical and drafting abilities
✔ Proficiency in legal databases and AI research tools
✔ Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
✔ Ability to work directly with senior leadership
