Role: Legal Manager – Deputy Manager
Location: Mumbai
Experience Required: 2–5 years
Domain: Collections & Recovery (Legal)
Key Requirements
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in collection and recovery legal matters
• Strong working knowledge of:
– Arbitration & Conciliation Act
– Negotiable Instruments Act
– 25C PASA Act
– Consumer Protection Act
• Experience in handling litigation, recovery proceedings, and coordination with advocates
• Ability to manage cases efficiently with a result-oriented approach
Preferred Skills
• Strong drafting and legal interpretation skills
• Effective stakeholder and advocate management
• High level of compliance awareness and risk sensitivity
